Process

We make the Corporate Resume Service a Smooth and Easy Process!

Our turnaround time is generally five business days from the date of your in-depth consultation to the resume draft due date.

Although we have meeting rooms at our location suitable for groups of 10-15 people, we come to you instead! Once we receive a call or email from your company's Department Head we will provide a brief consultation to discuss your company's needs and explain our process as follows:
  1. A Client Service Representative will assist you with your order and then we will email or fax our standard client agreement listing the services ordered, terms, due date for draft, etc. We ask that this is reviewed and faxed or emailed back promptly.

  2. A date and time is set up to meet you and your employees at your preferred company site.

  3. A one hour consultation is conducted for each employee either in your conference room, office, private cubicle, or wherever is private and convenient for everyone. We will go over each clients current and previous work history. Those with current resumes should bring those to the consultation, in addition to any job postings of interest.

  4. On each clients draft due date you will receive your draft by email to review. Everyone usually has the same date, but occasionally we have to split large groups up into two days. This is the time to make any additions, corrections or changes.

  5. We will make any necessary revisions and return your draft within 24 to 48 hours.

  6. Once finalized, e-resumes will be created and other services such as Job Search Registry and Resume Posting will be conducted.

  7. We will schedule another day and time to deliver your final printed copies and CD. We are prompt with our deliveries!

The only differences in the process are consultations are usually split into two days for five or more clients and of course everything is conducted by telephone, fax and email. If you find it easier and more convenient, we do have a client information form that we can send to each of your employees to save time. We will call the client to introduce ourselves and ask any other questions not listed or answered on the form. This works better for clients with current resumes. For clients who do not have a current resume, we will still conduct our usual one hour consultation.
